Oil & Gas customer
The customer is in the construction phase of a leading edge facility supporting the energy transition. The project has been executing without documented Operational and Asset Management information management requirements.
xclerate developed the set of requirements including verification rules to support the operational readiness activities.
USPI FL3DMS
xclerate is responsible for the project management of the Facility Lifecycle 3D Model Standard (FL3DMS). This data standardisation project is a collaboration of major Oil & Gas companies, EPCs, software vendors, service provides and other standardisation bodies from all around the world. The project has delivered an major update as Release 1.3 and the number of participants and contributors has significantly grown.
Worldwide tank farm operator
xclerate organized the system integration test, the super user training and the user acceptance test for the integration of the maintenance management system and the document management and control system. Based on xclerate's expertise the a complete set of scenarios was developed and tested. A report with findings and recommendations was delivered covering implementation and change management activities and technical adjustments.

Papio Consulting
xclerate provides expertise to Papio as part of their strategy review services to a technology company that delivers engineering information services for an Oil & Gas major's (large) capital projects portfolio. xclerate's expertise transforms the technology company from a manhour-based model to an outcome-based model. Automation and application of AI are key elements in the approach. This results in lower cost for the Oil & Gas major and higher data quality.
Large refinery
The Technology department of one of the largest refineries in North America executes a digitalization roadmap. xclerate and their partner Awe Maze assessed the current state of engineering data management in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Capital Projects. Based on stakeholder input and alignment with the overall business goals of the refinery, a Data Governance Playbook has been delivered.
